The Sterling Building, located at 809-811 South Broad Street, is a revitilization project initiated by Urban Word, LLC with partners Trenton Makes, LLC and WSP Associates, LLC. 

Under the direction of developer Roland Pott and project manager Vince Pucillo, the project team is aiming to achieve the US Green Building Council's LEED Certification for energy efficiency and will feature:

• Sustainable design elements such as solar panels; bike depot; energy efficient lighting elements.
• Close proximity to Trenton Train Station, Rail Station, and Bus Lines
• Located in densely populated area with high levels of pedestrial and vehicular traffic
• 5600 SF of mixed use space
• Possible residential lofts on second floor that will be available for a build-to-suit situation
